Q: What time does the Jingle Bell Ball start and finish?
Doors at the O2 open at 4pm, the Jingle Bell Ball commences at 5.30pm and is due to finish by 10:30pm. The show won't wait for you if you're late, so you need to make sure you're in your seat and ready for the kick-off at 5.30!

There isn't a specific dress code for the event, so no, you don't HAVE to turn up in a ball gown or black tie, but if you want to get glammed up that's fine with us! We'd suggest you dress to have a fantastic fun night out watching some of the world's biggest stars.

Q: Can I take my camera along?
The O2 states in its terms and conditions that "the use of unauthorised cameras, video or sound recording equipment is prohibited and such items may be confiscated". We think you'll be fine to take along your personal camera or camera phone, but professional camera equipment will not be allowed into the venue. If in doubt, contact the O2 directly .

The O2 is situated at North Greenwich underground station on the Jubilee Libe within zone 2.
Rail passengers can travel from north, south, east or west easily to The O2's tube station in zone 2

Seven TfL bus routes operate to and from The O2 including three 24 hour bus services. Key destinations include Stratford, Charlton, Greenwich, Lewisham, Woolwich, Eltham, North Kent and Central London. Please visit www.tfl.gov.uk for timetable information.
North Greenwich station has its own dedicated taxi rank for up to 50 black taxis. Private hire taxis are also available on event nights at the main entrance of The O2.
The O2 is just one stop via the Jubilee line from Canary Wharf or Canning Town.
Charlton mainline station is just a short ride on either a 486, 472 or 161 bus from North Greenwich underground station. All these buses start their route from North Greenwich underground so there is no confusion as to which way to go.
Southeastern runs services to Charlton train station. Turn left out of the station and catch 486, 422 or N472 buses to North Greenwich, taking you approximately 10 mins to reach the front door of The O2. Find out more about Southeastern Railway .
By bike - Various cycle routes lead to The O2 and on arrival we have 500 cycle racks available to use in all car parks and North Greenwich station.
